Stakeholder Grievance & Speak-Up
The Company encourages employees and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, contractors, business partners and others affected by our operations, to raise concerns regarding suspected legal violations, unethical conduct, discrimination, harassment, corruption, labor and human rights issues, occupational health and safety, environmental concerns, or other serious misconduct.
Anonymous, Confidential & Non-Retaliation
Reports may be submitted with identification or anonymously. The Company will handle the identity of the reporter and the content of the report confidentially to the extent necessary for investigation, and prohibits retaliation, threats, harassment or other adverse treatment against anyone who raises a concern or assists an investigation in good faith. Anonymous reports will also be reviewed and, where sufficient information is available, appropriate investigation and follow-up action will be initiated.
